Stock control software with purchase orders
Stock control and purchasing are the same problem looked at from two ends - what you have, and what you need to reorder - so tracking them in separate systems means constantly cross-referencing two sources of truth.
What to look for
The ability to record multiple suppliers per SKU (with their own pack sizes, minimum order quantities and lead times), create and place purchase orders, receive them partially as stock actually arrives, and have that received stock immediately reflected in the same stock figure your sales channels are selling against.
