TrueSKU for eBay sellers
TrueSKU mirrors your eBay listings using eBay's own item and variation IDs, so it can track a listing reliably even if its custom label changes later.
Available
What TrueSKU imports
TrueSKU reads each eBay listing's Custom Label (eBay's equivalent of a SKU), item ID, title, price and quantity. Listings are matched internally by eBay's own ItemID/variation ID, not by the custom label text.
What TrueSKU sends back
Once linked to a SKU, TrueSKU can push quantity updates to the eBay listing automatically as stock changes elsewhere.
Stable listing identity and mapping safety
TrueSKU uses eBay's item and variation identifiers to recognise the same listing over time. The Custom Label remains visible for SKU mapping, but changing its text does not make an existing eBay listing look like a brand-new one. Identifier changes on an already-linked listing can be surfaced for review rather than silently remapping physical stock.
Bundles
An eBay listing linked to a bundle SKU sells against the availability of its components, the same as any other channel.
Limitations worth knowing
An eBay listing with no custom label set at all can't be pushed to until one exists - TrueSKU will flag these as blocked for outbound sync rather than guessing at an identifier.
Setup
Connect your eBay account, map listings to SKUs, then enable outbound stock sync once you're confident the mapping is right.
