Integration guide
TrueSKU for Amazon sellers
TrueSKU connects to your Amazon Seller Central account to keep a live mirror of your listings and push stock quantities back once you've linked them to a controlled SKU.
Available
What TrueSKU imports
TrueSKU reads your Amazon listings - SKU (seller SKU), ASIN, title, price, quantity, and listing status - and keeps a mirror of them so you can map each one to a canonical SKU in TrueSKU. Amazon seller SKUs are matched directly: TrueSKU doesn't rename or restructure them.
What TrueSKU sends back
Once a listing is linked to a SKU, TrueSKU can push stock quantity updates to that Amazon listing automatically whenever the underlying SKU's available stock changes - whether that change came from a sale on a different channel, a purchase order being received, or a manual adjustment.
Inbound sales
Amazon order/sales ingestion is part of the same connected-account setup, so sales recorded against a linked listing reduce the SKU's stock the same way a sale on any other connected channel does.
Bundles
If an Amazon listing is linked to a bundle SKU, the quantity TrueSKU can sell is governed by the availability of the bundle's components, not a separately tracked bundle stock figure.
Mapping and sync safeguards
TrueSKU separates listing discovery from outbound stock control. You can inspect and map listings before allowing TrueSKU to publish quantities. Amazon parent rows, which group variations but are not themselves buyable offers, are recognised and excluded from workflows that require a sellable listing.
Setup
Connect your Amazon Seller Central account through TrueSKU's channel connection flow, then map each listing to a SKU (or create new SKUs directly from unmapped listings) before enabling outbound stock sync for that account.
